Terms of Service
Services: Sempro provides an AI assistant service for local businesses via monthly or annual subscription.
Pricing: Prices are listed on the pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment via Stripe (Bancontact accepted).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Right of withdrawal: Due to the immediate delivery of digital services, no right of withdrawal applies once the service is activated.
Liability: Sempro is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law: These terms are governed by Belgian law.
